2. So Far So Good

   I ordered this product because I have long suspected slight hypothyroidism. I have presented with many signs over the past few years , such as loss of hair ( hair thinning ) , nails not growing like they used to , cold hands and feet for years , mood swings etc. My TSH two years ago was 1.9, which according to Dr. Mitchell indicates a strong probability of low thyroid. I am giving this product a 4 only because I have not had a chance to to have my TSH rechecked since beginning 2 months ago. When I do, and if there is an improvement , I would love to edit / update this review. I am also taking an iodine supplement along with trying to get Candida under control ( I highly suspected Candida overgrowth because of a simple spit test that I saw one ) I have been feeling so so much better. The biggest thing I have noticed is my mood is very even keeled and consistent. I seem to be handling things incredibly well. It may be due to the combination of things that I am doing to get my body balanced . But , based on Dr Mitchell’s information / research , along with other sources , which seem to be very consistent with Dr. Mitchell’s , I believe this product is helping to balance / heal my thyroid. My hair is growing back . My nails are super long and strong , my hands and feet seem to not be cold and like I said above my mood seems to be so great and I seem to be able to cope with my crazy amazing life with 4 kiddos , homeschooling , and directing our homeschool group. So much better. I also have a friend that was not able to get herself out of being tired and run down. From what she told me the only thing she changed was talking this product . She recently thanked me for recommending she try the Spark Plug. She told me that “ it has changed her life “. Pretty powerful !

   Actually I cannot leave any star review at this time. I just started taking the product at a higher dose. The previous dose of 37 didn’t make any changes. So I upped to the 125. I can give a better review in about a month or more. Will update then.

5. Perfect Fitt

   This product Fitt my health needs perfectly. It was EXACTLY what my thyroid wanted. Now my labs are perfect in such a short time. I love Dr Fitt! He’s the best.

   I am finally feeling like myself again. Not the foggy headed mom zombie that I was. I could tell a difference the first day! That BSO and Bali are changing my life!

   I have never taken anything other than OMG Spark Plug for Thyroid. I have been taking this now for about 8mo. I have noticed that since starting the spark plug I have a little more energy and my mood swings/depression has gotten better. I'm still not my best but I do feel better!

   One thing i know is that i feel so much energy around and within me. Prior to now, i never woke up excited until my boss recommended the spark plug. She mentioned to me that i needed the thyroud supplements. Since i started taking it, am more confident and soo energetic.

   At first your heart may feel funny. Stick with it though as your metabolism is correcting itself. I feel much better. Sleep better, eat less sweets and mental power is corrected.
