OMG SPARK PLUG 37 is a lower mg per capsule of the same formula contained in our OMG Spark Plug 125. One capsule of the 125 mg is not always enough. However, the 250 mg delivered by taking 2 of the OMG Spark Plug 125 may be too much. The 37 mg formula allows for adjustments.
