You may return most new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded unless the return of product is the result of our error (i.e. incorrect item or defective packaging, etc.). Dr. Fitt will pay for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We offer free shipping to residents of the CONTINENTAL United States for orders of $75 and over. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged for shipping.
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, UK, Germany, Ireland, South Africa, and Spain. (If your country is not listed, please send a request to add your country to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration.) Please take note that there may be restrictions for importing certain products into your country, and those restrictions vary by country. Not all of our products will be allowed entry into all countries. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are rejected at customs.
Shipping charges for overnight or expedited orders, international orders and orders to AK and HI will require special handling and rates will vary. Please contact us for special shipping. Some products are shipped from other locations by other carriers and may require additional shipping charges. Orders sent outside the continental United States will reflect actual shipping and handling costs to the delivery point and DO NOT include duty or taxes.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges required by customs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not know those fee amounts. Contact your local customs office for more information.
