The Weight is Over is a five week lifestyle change course that offers comprehensive training on a skill set that guarantees weight loss and improved health, if adhered to. This is not a diet program. I developed the program after years of watching my good friend Jodi Bytheway struggle with her weight. She had tried Weight Watchers and all the other diets. Having obtained two certifications in lifestyle training from the prestigious Cooper Clinic in Dallas, I just knew adding exercise would get the weight off. I exercised with her. The weight did not come off. I tried her on the weight loss drugs out at the time, Fen/phen. Fortunately for us, it made her heart race and she only took it a short time. The drug combo was later found to damage heart valves.
Over the years, I did discover the keys to successful, permanent weight loss. I share these keys with you in these DVD’s. It starts with understanding which hormones play a role in creating fat cells. Unless these hormonal factors are addressed, you will not have long-term success at weight loss. A second DVD educates you on the BALi Eating Plan (Link). This plan was developed after I found out that fruits and vegetables have a bounty of natural germ killers that keep germ levels in our bodies under control. If germ levels get too high, your immune system responds by producing chemicals called “cytokines”. Excess cytokine production is responsible for the chronic inflammation that underwrites most western medical conditions treated with drugs. Inflammation causes fluid retention and fat cell production. The BALi Eating Plan also points you towards foods that keep insulin levels in check. Insulin is the most powerful fat storage hormone and deposits fat around your belly. The Weight is Over program also introduces you to the Whether Report. This is a panel of blood work I developed that looks at markers that give very early warnings that your body is developing risk factors for catastrophic conditions such as “heart attack", stroke, diabetes and cancer. A fourth DVD covers exercise. While exercise is not great for losing weight, it’s critical for maintenance. I cover the basics and point you to exercise regimens that will be enjoyable and sustainable. Lastly, a DVD covers the Weapons of Mass Reduction. This combination of supplements helps put your body back in fat burning mode.
The Weight is Over program is normally supervised by a proctor trained by me and done in conjunction with self-injections of HCG. Weight loss over the 5 week course is around 30 lbs. The weight loss is accompanied by reductions in cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar to such an extent that medications can be reduced or stopped. However, this information can be used by any individual wanting to learn the keys to long-term weight loss. People who have done the course can also use these DVD’s as a refresher. Health coaches, diabetes educators, dietitians, nutritionists, physicians, and anyone pointing people towards weight loss strategies will be well served by learning this revolutionary approach to health and long-term weight loss. Obviously, what we were taught in school ain’t working.
